P.O.D.G.E was back with show number two of the new format Avon Calling show and he took things deeper…

Hour 1 Something I have been massively getting into of late. I was under the assumption that the older you get the slower the music you listen to is but apparently this is not the case. Slow House is something that has been championed in my eyes by Futureboogie and their stable of DJ’s with Behling and Simpson being at the particular forefront of this. They are certainly responsible for me getting into it (Check out ‘Without you’ to see what I mean).

Hour 2 Moving away from the Bristol love in of hour one I’m going to be showcasing one of my favourite mixes of the last few months (I think it clocked up 3 plays in the first day at my house). This is the first part of a 2 part mix series which showcases some really deep bass music. Left/Right is more well known for his 140 jungle which is what part 2 in this mix series showcases. As with last months Neon Steve mix it’s another case of someone producing something outstanding when stepping out of their comfort zone.
