Breakspoll 2013 – Vote Brap.FM
Ladies and Gentlemen, it’s that time of year again. Brap.FM have been shortlisted for a number of awards and we’d very much appreciate your vote. The categories are:
Best Website or Blog – Hands down, Brap.FM has one of the best looking websites for any small independent radio station around. Our shows are frequently updated, easily accessible and downloadable via the main site or through iTunes podcasts. We pride ourselves on this fact and we are constantly looking at ways to improve the site. It’s clear, concise and a damn fine website.
Best Radio Station – We’ve been on air for 7 years. For an independent ad free and socially funded radio station this is a lifetime. This alone is testament to the dedication we have to the cause. We strive to bring you the best in electronic music of all shapes and sizes and our number one goal is to entertain and enlighten you. Our DJs are professional, well respected and bloody good at what they do. Your vote would help propel us into greater recognition amongst our peers and help spread the word of Brap.
Best Radio Show - Personally, I think it’s a crime that this man hasn’t had more exposure. He’s one of the hardest working DJs I know. He loves what he does and he’ll be doing what he loves for many years to come. There hasn’t a been a dance floor I’ve seen that this man can’t destroy. Your vote should go to The Beatroute Sessions with POoK.
And here are the other Brap affiliated votes you should be casting:
Best DJ - DJ Chamber is one of Bass Kitchens creators and is based over in the far East showing them how we do things here in the UK. His edits and bootlegs are always on target and formidable weapons to have in your arsenal.
Best Small Event – Bass Kitchen UK. Constantly evolving and never disappointing this hardy band of promoters have seen great success in 2012 booking a vast array of well respected bass and breaks orientated DJs. Ed Solo, Deekline, A-Skillz, Featurecast, Foamo and many more have graced the decks at Bass Kitchen and there’s many more to come in 2013. Check out what they do at http://www.basskitchen.co.uk
So that’s it. To buy tickets for Breakspoll head on over to the Ticketweb website and for more information on where the event is and who’s playing then get yourself over to the Breakspoll website.
As a heads up, you will need to enter your email address to vote. But please be aware that Breakspoll WILL NOT add your email address to any mailing lists neither will they spam you. You will get one email asking you to confirm your vote and that’s it. Voting closes on Monday 11th February 2013 at 5pm GMT.
Cheers!
